What appears to be a local bar and bistro in a townhouse is actually a nicely decorated restaurant and bar with a delicately designed (and long) menu that creatively combines local favorites with exotic cuisine. Service was very attentive and friendly. I ordered four items.
-Beer: Red Stripe Jamaican beer. Standard.
-Appertizer: cold Ecuadorian shrimp appetizer. Straightforward fresh. The shrimps were large and sweet.
-Entree: lobster and filet tips with spicy cream sauce and black rice. The menu said "scampi" but it was recently changed to black rice. Regardless, this dish was the star. The lobster meat was tender and juicy. Filet tips, nicely seasoned and tender. The spicy cream sauce was rich, pleasantly hot but not overwhelming, going very well with the lobster meat black rice.
-Dessert: mango sorbetto. Actually served in a slice of mango skin. A bit too freezing, but alright with me.
One recommendation would be to improve the interior lighting so that it will be a bit more attractive.
Price might be a bit too high for some ($64 for all the above) but the food was worth it for this time. Space is a bit limited so I imagine it would be quite crowded during peak hours. Very close to the Cinemark cinema. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Towson area or going to movies. -

The food is fresh and wonderful and the staff is friendly. I brought my car club group of thirteen here and we all found something to enjoy.
The kitchen was slow, however. Our visit took about two hours. -

I stopped by this place a little late. The inside bar/ restaurant closed around 10pm but you can sit outside. They have outside bar which still open late. The service was kind of slow, but it was ok because we were not in rush or not too hungry.
They have a projector that project video outside which is kind of interesting.
We just got 2 drinks there, so I could not review as much. The drink was okay.
I notice that they have happy hours from 3pm to 6:30pm with some reasonable price for alcohol. I came late so I couldn't try the happy hours.
Parking will be tricky. There is $5 parking to park right at the parking lot in front of the restaurant no matter how late is it. You can park at the public parking/ street for free after 7pm. -

Came here for my anniversary - it's the perfect spot for a special occasion! Quaint and quiet, great service, and delicious food. We chose the tasting menu, and every course was more delicious than the last. The tasting menu is pretty pricey, but it seems like the regular menu had plenty of reasonably priced options, so I'll definitely consider going for just a normal date night as well. We saw many families and friend groups dining together, though not many young kids. the thai scallops and skinny dip were favorites, as was the filet. Finally, they get bonus points for making their drinks STRONG, like I like them!
